In round one of the ITF/COTECC U12 World Junior Tennis Championship trials, Milly Wetherhill defeated Sienna Taylor 6-0, 6-0 and Asia-Leigh Hollis defeated Jae Gibbons 6-0, 6-0.
In what turn out to be the match of the day Antonio Warner turn the table on Mathew Way after losing the 1st set 3-6 to win the next 2 sets 6-0, 6-2 to win the match 2 sets to 1.
