Junior Tournaments

There are several junior BLTA Sanctioned tournaments listed on the BLTA calendar. Some are local and some are international. To play in any sanctioned BLTA tournament the player must be in good standing with the BLTA. This good standing begins with being a member of the association and membership is open from January to December of each year. To enter a tournament one must fill out an application form and pay the required funds by the entry deadline and deliver the application form to the BLTA office or post it in the drop box at the W.E.R. Joell Tennis Stadium or email it to the office with verification of payment. The BLTA invites both locals and internationals to enter its tournaments. The emphasis is on fun and competitiveness. Each entrant is expected to keep the score of the match they are playing in and call it out after each point and before each serve. Each participant is expected to report the score back to the tournament desk at the conclusion of the match.
